📸 Whimsi Beauty Photography Policy Summary

Welcome to Whimsi Beauty!
We specialize in portrait photography designed to capture your most authentic and confident self. To ensure a smooth experience, please review the following policies before your session.

✨ Services Offered

Whimsi Beauty provides portrait photography, including:

  • Individual portraits

  • Branding/headshots

  • Creative and themed sessions

📅 Booking & Payments

  • Booking: Sessions are by appointment only.

  • Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date.

  • Final Payment: Due on or before the day of the session.

  • Rescheduling: We allow one complimentary reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice.

    ⏱ Turnaround Time

    • Edited digital images are delivered within 2–3 weeks after your session.

    • Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.

      📷 Image Rights

      • Client Use: Clients receive high-resolution images for personal use (printing, social media, etc.).

      • Photographer Rights: Whimsi Beauty retains the copyright and may use selected images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

        🎨 Editing & Retouching

        • Basic editing and retouching (color correction, blemish removal, skin smoothing) are included.

        • Additional retouching requests may incur extra fees.

          🌧 Weather & Emergencies

          • Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to inclement weather at no extra charge.

          • In the event of photographer illness or emergency, Whimsi Beauty will reschedule or refund your session as appropriate.

            💬 Client Expectations

            • Please arrive on time and ready for your session.

            • If you're over 15 minutes late for your session we would like to reschedule.

            • We encourage open communication—feel free to share any inspiration or comfort needs in advance.

            • Mutual respect and professionalism are expected from both sides to ensure a positive and creative experience.

              🚗 Travel

              • Travel within Glidden is included.

              • Locations outside this area may incur a travel fee (4 dollars per mile).
